This past Monday, Governor Carney led a video conference discussing the State’s efforts to bring high-speed internet to all of Delaware. We have been working with the state to ensure that those who are without the internet are not left behind. During the conference, James Collins said that having access to the internet is becoming a necessity like having running water. We completely agree! Especially during these trying times, it has become even more clear that the internet is becoming a necessity.  Check out a recording of the video conference!
