Bloosurf designs, builds, operates commercial networks for itself or for rural communities.

Bloosurf can:

1- Design wireless telecommunication networks (BLoosurf engineering capabilities have been approuved by USDA/RUS)
2-  Manage the build up of a wireless network
3- Operate a network (for itself or a third party. Currently BLoosurf is operating a wirless network on behalf of Worcester County in Maryland)
4- Provide Internet services (on its own network or on a third party's network)
