Our internet service
$39.99 - Premium Service is dedicated to family and small businesses. It provides download speeds up to 4Mbps and three Bloosurf email addresses.
$29.99 - Basic Service is for moderate/single user households who want to enjoy download speeds up to 1Mbps (20 times faster than dial-up) and provides one Bloosurf email address.
$39.99 - Mobile Service is currently available at Salisbury University, UMES and Wor-Wic Community College. It provides download speeds up to 4Mbps.
Service Agreement* $6.00/month and $20.00 per service location visit
The Service Agreement covers the Customer Premise Equipment (CPE) only and does not cover customer owned equipment such as computers, laptops, routers, etc. If in the absence of the Service Agreement you request a service call to your location, Bloosurf reserves the right to charge a $80/hour fee for the cost of the technician's time. Additional charges for the repair and replacement of the CPE may occur.

Standard Installation cost
The rate for installation is a flat fee of $120.00. A signal test is done at no cost if you cannot get a signal. If a signal test shows an installable signal, but you deny installation, you will be charged $60.00.
Deposit
Customer Premise Equipment, (CPE) requires a deposit of $50 prior to scheduling the installation. The deposit will be refunded upon:
a. 1. Termination after six months of paid service AND
b. 2. After the CPE is returned to Bloosurf and does not require Bloosurf to visit to the customer’s location for removal.
NOTE: It is unsafe to climb roofs and ladders, professional removal of the CPE is strongly advised in such situations.
Activation fee
No activation fee will be charged for all newly installed subscribers.
Bloosurf intends to expand its services as follows:
1- Expansion of our service area (Somerset, Wicomico and Worcester Counties. Please refer to the maps in the "USDA and Bloosurf" page)
2- Diversification of our services to meet most of the local residential and business needs:
- From broadband services to high speed Internet services
- From fixed services to 4G mobile services in certain areas, starting this summer with mobile 4G services for the campuses of UMES, Salisbury University and Worwic Community College and their surrounding areas.
Our 4G mobile service will available for $39.99/month. Students and faculty members will enjoy lower rates.
- From single play to double play (with possible combinations of High Speed Internet, VoIP).
